yes, lovely poem. i love the way it expresses how interactive the whole world is, how you never know what effect a word or a thought or a touch may have on the next person down the line. it wouldn’t have been the same for you…. and likely for others too.

I will certainly head over to Running on Empty next, but wanted to comment here, too - I found your poem very moving. Just lovely. Thank you for sharing it with us!

I loved your poem but I am too upset about PT to really comment. I strongly feel they should pass on the responsibility to someone who could handle it and keep it alive instead of stopping. It’s bigger than they are now. It’s like a movement of poets. OH well…I finally wrote something again-figures I would have this great timing. arggg….

Chris, I understand. I don’t want it to end. I’m trying to hold off my frustration until it is over. Still a lot to read between now and then. I want to enjoy it while I can, you know? Thank you for the comment on my poem.

Perhaps not… but then, would I have ever noticed a woman called Marcia? Link by link, your life is forged in chains. Not original, but I like to think I’ve been shedding excess baggage. I went, I commented.

Oh, Brian, does this mean you have noticed? (insert just plain old silliness in that remark) I have to admit shedding excess baggage confused me. “I went, I commented.”: makes me smile.
