Writers Island - The key

I forgot to write my poem, oops. But here it is, late, but still on time in the larger scheme of things…. I will catch up reading y’all’s once we get the house emptied out and the stuff packed and then if we find internet we can trust on the road…. But once we get to Florida… I will catch up… I will have nothing but time…. in between helping them with their paperwork…. I will treat myself to all the poems and posts I have not read… I will have a whole month to catch up… oops… that month is November…. and you know what November means! It is NaNoWriMo and isn’t there a blog one, too? I wasn’t blogging until mid November last year. So, I guess I better read a lot of blogs at the hotels. Leon will have to stop driving at 4 each day so I can find the internet… If only we could attach a satellite to the car since we won’t have our RV yet… Oh, I got side-tracked. I wrote this for Writers Island:

The Key

It was merely a thought
but it led to an action

It was merely an action
but it led to happiness

It was merely happiness
but it led to a glow

It was merely a glow
but it attracted you

It was merely you
but you attracted me

It was merely us
but we created him

it was merely him
but he….

and so on.
