Mind’s Eye, my first Pleiades

Mind’s Eye

Mee, myself and I, find
Muse uncompromising,
metamorphosing mere
meteorology:
mundane clouds fascinate
moon tide leaves puddled tears
majestic mountains crash.

This one took me a while, I had never done a Pleiades, much less heard of one. I do need to ‘get out’ more. Michelle, of Poefiti, recently started a new site, Poefusion. There she has two memes, one each Monday and Friday, but, other challenges as well: she explains what Pleiades is here. While you are there, check out the Paradelle example.

I haven’t tried this one yet but I can see it’s going to be no easy task. You took the ball and ran - this is lovely, lovely.

I loved this. I felt like this was one done from your name and your surroundings. Beautiful and better than mine. Keep up the good work. Thanks for participating.

    Have a nice day.

I like this and the marriage poem.

I have never heard of Pleiades. And, I shouldn’t because I have work to do and cannot write right now. :(

I think these are my favorite two lines:

    Mee, myself and I, find
    Muse uncompromising,

It can be so demanding and uncompromising. Thanks for all the links!

Hi! I found your poem on Poefusion. I like how the earthly formations take on a new tone through your muse, and it all begins with ‘M’! These are hard, aren’t they?
