I do live a charmed life, though at times I have to use hindsight to convince myself! A LOT of hindsight.
Now, hopefully someday the kids suffering from blood disorders and cancers and their siblings that attend Camp Sanguinity will find their lives more charmed than most of us would think, but for now, they do look forward to their luck at having found a way to go to Camp Sanguinity.
Last year, Shelly started Share A Square, a project to provide 140 afghans to those in attendance. It went so well they were distributed this past summer and extras are about to be donated!
This time, the project is simpler and you can help be you non-crafter or otherwise. Isn’t that great?!!!
I’m going to cut this short and let Shelly explain it all to you, because my computer had a bad day a few days ago and I am still trying to put software back on it and recapture old documents – and seeing as this computer houses all the files for Leon’s business, I need to get back to it. Besides, Shelly explains the Good Medicine Project so well!
Please, whether you think you will participate or not, at least go visit the Good Medicine Project, it involves good luck charms and medicine bags – and you! Here’s the link:
And check back occasionally, I’ll post the charms Leon and I came up with and the medicine bag I’m going to make – soon! Then you can show us yours!
