43. May, Reality Seem
as any road taken is movement
her choice to live or not
is not limited to one or the other
for she could take no roads
and remain stagnant
though still aliveand that may, reality seem
but even as one card flips
to reveal another
that will not playday after day
her mind moves forward to try again
to beat the odds
and though that road is not yours
and her movement miniscule,
it is movement forwardand stagnant is not
and that, too, may, reality seem.
