Finding Self-Worth

Controls one’s own happiness?
I do.

Yet, there is more to it.

And.

Yet, there is not.

Why DO we fight it so
when the results are
happiness?

Yes, Poetry Tumble Too, finally continues, in spite of work to be done, kitchens to be packed, blogs and books to be read, calls to be made. (Oops, consider that my reminder!)

But I must wait to begin the next poem in the series with the simple line, “happiness”, for poetry and blogging has grabbed valuable time, it was happiness made, but now, the happiness to be made is self-worth in having gotten the job done… so I must start it to get it done!

Do you make your own happiness more often than not?

  1. Hello Marcia~ I have to say that I create my own happiness when I can. Sometimes though it doesn’t work out like I planned. And there are times where I will fight happiness because real life intervenes. Overall though, I would say I’m a pretty happy woman.

Loving your poems on Twitter. Keep up the good work. Have a nice night/ weekend.
