Thank you all. Shelly at This Eclectic LIfe matched my comments and I hers, and we each had two other non-bloggers who matched the total of hers and mine. So, in effect 120 comments total, 80 on hers, 40 on mine.
What am I talking about? Cans for Comments. And six times 120 is a big 720 cans donated.
That is 360 cans of food will be donated to Texas food banks and 360 cans of food will be donated to Florida food banks because of a combined effort of bloggers and non-bloggers. That can donation numbers does not count the many that will be donated by the group of photographers in Vancouver that started this whole thing, or the others who copied the idea like Shelly and I did.
I wrote more here (did you doubt it?) and as once her server comes back up I will get more links to add. Photos and information on which food bank will follow next week!
The day seems brighter in spite of the overcast skies. And we want to do it again this summer, I better save my money and find some backers!
